Terms and Conditions
In the event a customer wishes to dispute the description of an item may do so within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will be accepted & within reasonable limits provide a remedy, in some cases accept the item back and return payment. Please note: Due to specific freight policies, we will not accept a return on an item resulting from damage occurring while in transit. Also note: We are not responsible for refunding the payment for shipping and handling to and from our facility (both ways).
Return Policy on New Equipment:
1 - Open box units, there will be absolutely NO RETURNS.
2 - New units that are in their original packaging (unopened) and shipped out from our location may be eligible for return. A 20% restocking fee will apply, shipping and handling back and forth will not be refunded.
3 - Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for processing of the refund.
4 - All returns shall be subject to inspection.
5 - All returns that are found to be opened and/or used will not be eligible for refund and will be shipped back to buyer at the buyer's expense.
6 - All returns will require a signed "return form" from A Plus Restaurant Equipment
Second Hand Equipment Sales:
All second hand equipment sales are simultaneously offered for auction through our eBay Store. In the event that an item sells on eBay, it will no longer be available through our website. We reserve the right to cancel and reverse payment on all items.
Any orders shipped via freight (not UPS, FedEx, USPS) will be calculated separately and after check out. The shipping charge will be determined by your (destination) zip code.
* All special services such as liftgate, residential or inside delivery, will be an extra charge. Please call us for a shipping quote and/or all shipping related questions.
